Terms and Conditions of Application for Employment

By completing either wholly or in part the person whose name appears on this form as the applicant warrants and agrees to the terms and conditions detailed herein. For the purposes of this document wherever the words ‘Fitness Warehouse’ or ‘Company’ appears, it also refers to any associated Companies of Fitness Warehouse.

The application has been completed solely by the applicant who is seeking to secure employment with Fitness Warehouse.
Completion of this application either in part or in full does not constitute an offer of employment by Fitness Warehouse. The applicant is not obliged to provide all or any of the information required in this application, however, failure to do so may prevent Fitness Warehouse from accurately and / or completely assessing the applicant’s suitability for employment and consequently may result in no offer being made to the applicant.
Any time given by the applicant in the undergoing pre-employment evaluation which process includes but is not necessarily limited to testing, medical examination, reference checking and briefings that are deemed necessary by Fitness Warehouse at its sole discretion shall be in the applicants own time.

Fitness Warehouse reserves the right at its sole discretion to terminate the pre-employment process without notice to the applicant at any time and shall not be required to offer any explanation to the applicant or any representative of the applicant.
Fitness Warehouse shall not be required to offer or provide any information or explanation whatsoever to unsuccessful applicants.
The applicant is not to disclose to persons outside Fitness Warehouse any information that could reasonably be regarded as commercial in confidence or proprietary to Fitness Warehouse unless required to do so by law. The obligation shall extend for an unlimited period after employment.
